Lutz, Florida
Section 12 Township 27 south Range 18 east
Go north on US 41 from Tampa through Lutz to 4th Ave. N.E. Cemetery is on right side of highway.

According to the authors of Citrus, Sawmills, Critters, Crackers, the first person buried in Lutz Cemetery was a Mr. Nims in 1914, however, John Gold's death date on his headstone is 1885.

Judy Purchell and her husband took the bulk of the pictures shown here. She had quite a few that while I wasn't sure how to tie them into a particular person, felt they were unique or interesting enough to keep. Some of them are sad in that they mark a grave but no name is visible. Others may only mean something to a family member. I will let you decide what interests you. The pictures.
